By using Graphite Design Ltd services, and signing up as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Graphite Design Ltd service.
Revisions
New work requested by client and performed by Graphite Design Ltd after an original project specification has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to an extent that substantially alters the specifications described in the original estimate, a revised additional fee must be agreed to by both parties before further work proceeds.
Termination
Graphite Design Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily, your order for any product or service offered by Graphite Design Ltd, at any time and without prior notice. You agree that Graphite Design Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any rejection, cancellation or termination of your order. In the event that Graphite Design Ltd rejects, cancels or terminates your order Graphite Design Ltd will return any amounts prepaid by you relating to the rejected, cancelled order.
Money back guarantee
To be entitled for a money-back guarantee/refund, the client will need to request a refund within 14 days of reviewing the initial logo/graphic work design concepts. Once revisions are requested, the client's right to our money-back guarantee becomes void and no refund will be available. Refund requests must be made formally via email to info@graphite-design.co.uk. Refunds are paid in full without any service charge.
Errors or omissions
It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations. Graphite Design Ltd is not liable for errors or omissions.
Copyright
The client warrants that the client owns or controls all rights, has obtained all copyright, or has permissions, consents and waivers that as are now and hereafter required for all work and manipulation to be undertaken by Graphite Design Ltd.
Upon your acceptance of the product or service and Graphite Design Ltd receipt of payment in full therefore, Graphite Design Ltd will assign, convey, transfer and deliver all of its right, title and interest in and to the products and/or services developed by Graphite Design Ltd for you.
Any products other than final product, including samples, concept designs and other unfinished products which are the part of creative process shall at all times remain the property of Graphite Design Ltd and you shall have no right in or to such products or services.
Graphite Design Ltd retains and reserves the right to use any products and/or services developed by Graphite Design Ltd for display and self-promotional purposes.
Time Frames
Turnaround times which are quoted in the price list and web site are normal target times only and Graphite Design Ltd accepts no liability for failure to meet these times, but will use its best endeavours to do so.
If we do not receive communication from you within 30 days of sending our last communication, we will deem the project as completed. Additional charges will be levied if the client wants to resume the project at a later stage.
